Emails from exisiting members will only be replied to if sent from your registered email address. All general queries must include a valid email address, otherwise will be ignored!
To reduce our operating costs and offer you a reasonably priced service, ShiaMatrimonial.co.uk do not operate a call centre so we cannot speak to you via telephone. We communicate via email and through the various sections of this website.
We endeavour to respond to all genuine queries within 48 working hours. However during busy periods or with complex queries, this may take a little longer but rest assured we will respond.
NB: The website will be un-supported between 20th July and 10th August 2010. All queries will be responded to thereafter.
